Lower abdominal pain

Asked for Female, 58 Years

Sir my mother in law was having abdominal pain for 4 days and we gone for abdominal scan which was normal.what would be the reason for the pain?And she had burps for long time..When ever she get abdominal pain the continuity of burps will increase
