Lower abdominal pain

I’ve been having an abdominal pain on a left side where ovaries are. I thought it was after ovulation pain, but it’s been lasting for a day now and it’s a very big discomfort. I’m having a cold right now, could it be because of that? I’d like to mention that 6 days ago, I did a handjob to my boyfriend and he cummed on my hand, I washed hands with soap and 2 minutes later I touched my vagina, I have longer nails. I went to shower after. The cum was clear and watery. Could I get pregnant by that?
