Hi doctor! i had a dilatation and evacuation 3days back for my 7 weeks pregnancy, i did not have much pain for the past two days but now its getting worse. can i take a pain killer or meftalspas please tell me

Yes you can take painkillers and in fact your gynaecologist should hv advised you something as they are anti inflammatory too and help in settling inflammation too.
