Lower abdominal pain before period
Hello my period date is 13th and today is 6th, yesterday also I had lower abdominal pain for few hours then after applying hot pad it automatically reduced... This morning again I am having lower abdominal pain( left hand side). What home remedies should I take to reduce this pain and is this possible to have PMS pain a week before period. I also got a pimple that is usually a sign for me that my period is coming. Also my cycle is of 34-35 days.
