Lower abdominal pain
From 3 days , every night at around 3 my lower abdominal region starts to hurt. It's very similar to menstraul pain . But very disturbing . I don't have any unusual discharge but it seems to have increased a little . I finished my period one week ago

Do urine examination.. It can be due to UTI or PID For detail consultation connect with me online and we will discuss issues further..

Mid cycle pain can sometimes be related to ovulation.... but if it is recurrent and at the same time you need to know the cause of it.. get an ultrasound whole abdomen + pelvis done to rule out any ovarian cyst or any other Pathology

It can be due to pid or UTI. Check for urine examination.
