Lower abdominal pain and nausea

Asked for Female, 29 Years

Hi doctor 28 years Married for 3 years Never took birth control pill I have lower abdominal pain specifically in the left side its been few days and I am restless because of this.I have taken help too but the treatment hasnt worked the best for me.I have vaginal infection as examined by doctor and i am taking the following medicines- Doxypal,vizilag and clocip,meftaspas.Still the pain is bothering me.I have got all tests done like thyroid,urine infection,cbc,ultrasound whole abdomen.I doubt that its related to pregnancy because i got my periods 10 days back but it was for two days only.please suggest something as i dont even feel like eating Thanks
