Hi Mild cramps during the early first three months of pregnancy is quite common If the crimes become severe and is associated with any spotting or bleeding, you need to be concerned and consult your gynaecologist at the earliest

Isoxsuprine is not advised for early pregnancy as the pain is not usually because of uterine contractions, but rather because of other causes. Instead progesterone supplements (either Dydrogesterone or Micronized Natural Progesterone or Progesterone gel) are recommended. Abdominal pain in early pregnancy could commonly be because of urine infection or vomitting. These are the two commonly occuring causes and they should be treated accordingly.
Next Steps
Get a urine routine and microscopic examination done.
