Hi i am a 19 year old guy.i am very thin wanna get healthy and gain some weight.i startd having 2 eggs in breakfast one boiled and 1 fried evryday.Am i goin right and if so should i hav eggs without d yellow part or without it

Your body structure is primarily your genetic constitution. Gross changes is seldom possible, however you can keep yourself fit and healthy by having a high protein diet, 5-6 servings of fruits and vegetables per day, regular exercise and sports activities, 6-7 hours of sleep.
