Low vitamin B12 and D
Hi, I am facing low levels of vitamin B12 and D continuously since 2 years of regular annual checkup. Vitamin B 12 level goes down to 65 and Vitamin D until 19.5. Wanna know how can I improve them or maintain them at good levels. I also generally take supplements for few months after the test but it is low everytime I go for the test. How shall I proceed with this situation? Please guide. Regards,

If you are taking alcohol than you will have to stop it completely and chronic low level of b12 needs to be evaluated for bone marrow suppression and for further guidance we will have to do clinical examination
