These are the specifications to be categorised as a person with low vision. You need to be certified by an Ophthalmologist. Some jobs specify who can certify (eg government doctor).

These are parameters for low vision. They would apply to u only if u r visually impaired.
They are meant for the dr certifying the person with low vision.
