Regarding low vision
I consulted an opthalmologist, told an eye vision level 3/60 left eye and right eye 6/18, am i having low vision, if so what is the percentage of disability?

Yes left eye has low vision. But right eye vision is not very poor. Approximately 20-30%disability. You can obtain disability certificate from any government eye hospital

You have decreased vision in both eyes.more in left eye.pl consult ophthalmologist with detailed history and reports and treatment taken for better evaluation and treatment.
