I am 20 years old girl. Low temperature for last one month, occasional pain in the stomach, fatigue. I have taken one course of antibiotics cefixime plus azithromycin. Now today got Typhi Dot test done. Igg is negative, Igm is positive. Kindly advise if it is typhoid.

Kindly do Widal test done or share report. How long did you take antibiotics course? Usually typhoid has higher fever along other symptoms such as headache. There could be other causes so have to be excluded through other tests.
