Low sperm count ( thinning sperm)
Due to over masterbation I loose much weight and now these days my sperm count is negligible due this I feel ear pain whenever I speak loudly apart from this d I have disestion problem but I am aware of this so I am not doing masterbation since 5 months but still I am not feeling any sperm count and not gaing weight as well. Please help me
