Kindly suggest before 7 month semen analysis done report found low sperm count 10 Millon motility 30 percentage how can increase sperm count & decrease pus cell

Sir you need to get a complete hormonal analysis and a scrotal Doppler dome to find out why is your count so low. However. It doesn't seem to be extremely low..  So hopefully medications will help you.
