Low Sperm Count
I feel to be fit physically but my sperm count is very low and hence, my wife cant conceive. I play Corporate Cricket regularly, i was down with Dengue and Typhoid in Sept. 2019. My last sperm report was taken a year back.

Nothing to worry. Sperm count keeps on changing. Go for recent seman examination from a good lab, with three days of abstinence, and without spillage. If it's normal, do regular sex during fertile period to achieve fatherhood.
