Low sex drive from sometime
I work from home and hardly go to office (2-3 times a month). I'm moderately active doing over 10k steps daily and workout in home around 3-4 days a week with dumbbells. From last 2-3 months, I found that my sex drive has decreased. Earlier I felt aroused usually every two days but now it has decreased to around once a week. Now Sometimes I even feel difficult to wake up even after sleeping 7-8 hrs. During intercourse if I don't get continuous stimulation even for like 30 seconds, my erection starts declining. I feel worried. How can I get back my normal arousal?

It may or may not be a sexual problem as such because depression also decreases sex drive. See this video to check out if you have other symptoms which might suggest depression https://happyhealing.insightmc.in/optin-new/

Video consultation is far better to understand the patient's concern. Random taking treatment might be harmful.. so always book a proper consultation for best treatment

Do you find early morning erections, get yiur testosterone levels checked, problem seems to be more related with anxiety than to any other organic illness.
