Low self-esteem, depressed
At university, I talk to a lot of people but I don't have my own group. That makes me feel lonely. I have always been an introvert and am usually quiet. Now, this loneliness and loser like feeling have started interfering with my day-to-day activities. I am unable to concentrate. I feel like I am dumb and boring and that people won't like me (constantly). PS- I have had my own group of friends before, but I don't open up much. I value relationships, but there's something always holding me back.

Loss of interest, decreased concentration and attention, feeling low and disturbed sleep or appetite are some of the signs of depression. Consult a psychiatrist who will assess you in detail. If you are feeling suicidal or hopeless, seek professional help immediately.
