I have been experiencing slight pain in my feet when I walk or stand for a long time. During a health checkup the T score for my bone density was -3, which indicates weak bones...
What should be the course of action?

It is most likely due to vitamin d3 and b12 deficiency.. get it checked... bone density is a test to be done on a BMD DEXA machine and that is accurate... most of the portable machines provide false results. So visit ur orthopedic doctor for evaluation
