Hi, I have gone through few tests. Renal function test values are low. Urea 14  (19-43) Blood urea nitrogen 6.5 (9-20) Potassium 3.3 (3.5-5.1) Liver function test Alt/sgpt 13 (21-72) A/g ratio 1.47 (0.8-1.2) Can you advise if any issues Thank you

Low blood urea indicates low protein intake, nothing to worry

Why you get them tested? Routine or some clinical indication Your urea is low Your potasium is low you are having poor nutrition either intentional or unintentionally due to some illness. You need a good balanced diet rich in fruits/vegetables and protein rich food like dal, paneer, egg white etc
