Recently I am diagnosed with thyroid 5.95. and I have thalassemia minor, low rbc (8)and platelete count(1.91). I have started getting continuous headaches ( does not stop since 3 weeks) and back ache. What could be the reason? I have started taking supplements for iron, multivitamins, vitamin d, vitamin c to help. I feel fatigue and constant headache and therefore not able to focus on work. When ever I headloud sounds or go outside in direct sunlight, my head starts aching very badly. Pls suggest!
