Hi, Is there any bleeding ? There is also low hemoglobin and raise total leukocyte count. It should be evaluated. TLC may rise in infection. You should get complete blood count, peripheral smear, retic count, vitamin B12, folic acid, ferritin level checked. If there is fever you should get malaria antigen test, dengue ns1 and igm antibody, blood culture done. Please share detailed history and other report to guide you better.
