  4. Low milk supply. Now. please suggest.

Low milk supply
Can I use lactare and Domstal for 5 days without doctor's prescription. My baby is 3 and half months old and my BM which was less before is reduced even more.Is it possible to increase now.please suggest.

Greetings yes u can use.. kindly drink 4 l of fluid per day ,add more vegetables and fruits,add high protein diet
