I have mcv and mch lower than normal level.. what are the reasons that cause low mcv and mch with normal haemoglobin.. can u plese specify me all possible reasons pls

These days most of the patients are very mathematical. They just diagnose their condition by reading at numerical value . Knowledge is limited , so there is no application of mind.
Let some doctor decide if you really need treatment or not , and if you need , medicine to be given by mouth or by injection.
