Low MCH and MCHC in blood test

Asked for Male, 31 Years

Hi. I was feeling very tired and sleepy from past few days. Today I got CBC and ESR BLOOD test. And in report it was MCH 24.8 pg and MCHC was 29.4g/dl. ESR Value was 30 mm/hr. Pl advice

Hello, ESR is due to prolonged tit bit illnessmch, mchc no relation. ASSESSMENT OF VIT D3 and VITB12.is ADVISABLE.ok.till than plenty of liquids as it's humid heat.avoid spicy,fried, greasy junk food or food from outside.ok light diet with least oil n spices.
