Low MCA PI and CPR
I'm 33 week 2 days primi gravida with dadc twins with one twin IUFD. I have been asked for weekly Doppler and 15days growth scan. Yesterday I did a growth scan and have found low MCA PI and CPR. My Gynecologist suggested for delivery.
Can we not push this at least for weeks??
I have attached the reports. Growth scan done at 33 week 2 days

It will not be correct on my part to override the comments of your treating Doctor. He is seeing the patient. I am only seeing the report.
Secondly , there is no doubt that the foetus is compromised.
It all depends how good is the Neonatal ICU in that area.
However , in addition to Doppler study, please also get NST done every week. It may help further in decision making.
