Low lying placenta
In my 20 weeks of anomaly scan pregnancy placenta is lower end of placenta about 3.9 cm from the internal os. What does it mean? IS it dangerous?

It’s low lying but not very low . Hopefully it grows upwards . Follow up needed

No..it is not dangerous..get a growth scan at 28 wks..in 80percent cases it will move upward
