Low heart rate
I've noticed that sometimes my breathing stops during sleep and also my heart rate below 55 and that causes dizziness sometimes to me, I don't do much activities and my weight is normal. Is that a problem in my heart?

I don’t think, episodes of bradycardia and hypopnea are known to happen in deep sleep

This is definitely a serious problem. U urgently need a polysomnography test also known as sleep study which will record ur heart and breathing pattern during sleep.
