Treatment of low hemoglobin is not enough... we need to find the casue of that so that the same problems dosnt occur in future... first Iron demand needs to be calculated and then your doctor will advice you tablets or injection whichever is suitable... kindly visit yoyr doctor

Get complete blood count and peripheral smear done so that type of anaemia can be detected and appropriate medicines can be taken accordingly
