Low Haemoglobin
I have a low haemoglobin count of 8.2 g/dL. This is due to extended period of menstruation which usually lasts longer than a month. What can be done as a remedy for the prolonged period and also to increase heamoglobin?

Hello there. Take in high protein diet like eggs daily and also foods high in iron content like spinach, apple, etc. Tab. Livogen-z one tablet daily for a month will also help. Continue eating one apple everyday for that it replenishes your iron stores. Regards
