Do you have any health issue? Are you taking aspirin tablet?What is the platelet count.
Get serum vitamin B12 , also tested.
Take cap Autrin one morning and one evening for 6 weeks.
Tab neurobion one morning and one evening for a month.
Take more of fresh green leafy vegetables, beetroot, pumpkin fresh fruits, particularly pomegranate, apples, jaggery.

Blood can be lost in many ways either during heavy periods or Micro Hematuria in the urine or Gastric ulcer or hemorrhoids would have caused or Any vitamin or iron deficiency would be possible reason
