Low FT3 but normal TSH
My Tsh level is normal-2.5 but my T3 is -1.09 and FT3 is -1.93 with T4 is -5.93 and FT4- 0.88. I have symptoms - cold hands and feet, sensitivity to cold fatigue, shortness of breath, hairloss, I have lost 75% of my hair. Do I have primary hypothyroidism or secondary hypothyroidism?

T3 T4 and TSH seem to b low. So going by ur symptoms are all consistent with hypothyrodisum and going by the report suggest secondary hypothyrodisum. But cannot just conclude with one report. Secondary is a rare cause of hypothyrodisum. So I would suggest reconfirm the thyroid report in a different standard lab and if still suggest hypothyrodisum can start on medicines.
Next Steps
Repeat thyroid function test
