I am 30, my 1st pregency affected by down syndrome at 2month, my only ro60kd positive and aptt corrected , drvvt 0.94, then after in my 2nd pregency i m 12w 2d pregent , my nt scan 2.1mm, crl 59mm nasal bone 2.2mm and given blood sample for nipt, today i knew that due to low fetus fraction <2% my nipt not done, lab doing 2nd draw from same blood sample.... I am taking inclax injection daily with ecospirin & taking hcq300
