First impression on your enquiry: Line 1 suggests you are aware but either lazy to find corrections for your mistakes or stubborn because you know other ways to correct your mistakes but don't want to do it whatever your reasons are. Line 2 any and every one feels that, it's only that some do things out of practice like hide their low confidence in new ventures or are not aware of the fear they feel, either way you seem to be more aware. Line 3 Yes therapy can work but you might only need counselling if you are unable to find and value the pros and cons of your mistakes and it's effects on others. Line 4 You will need tailor made counselling  sessions
Next Steps
Try jotting down the pros and cons of your mistakes on yourself and on others. Value each of them on a 0 to 5 scale 0 being no value and 5 being highly valued. Do the same with different options of correcting your mistakes too. If you are unable to find correcting options then brainstorm for a few options and if that is not possible then consult a counselling psychologist.
Health Tips
Everyone makes mistakes and those who don't say that they have made mistakes are lieing to themselves and others around. Mistakes are a part of life, acceptance of mistakes are a part of growth and correcting of mistakes is an attempt to improve growth and life for oneself and the others it effects.

Hi Thanks for reaching out. You are low on confidence; it is natural to make mistakes because we are human. Being low on confidence is making you feel helpless and anxious. It seems like you are having a lot of negative thoughts. It is good that you have acknowledged that you make mistakes. Consult a psychologist and talk about the mistakes you have made and lack of self-esteem. You don't have to feel negative about your mistakes, you can feel positive about it. You can learn from your mistakes and change your ways. Think of your mistakes as something that will help you grow. Consult a psychologist for counselling sessions. A psychologist will help you build confidence and feel calm.
Next Steps

Therapy can definitely be beneficial in helping you address feelings of underconfidence and making positive changes in your life. There are different types of therapy or counseling approaches that can be effective, and the choice depends on your personal preferences and needs. Here are a few options to consider: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): CBT is a structured and goal-oriented approach that focuses on identifying and challenging negative thought patterns and behaviors. It helps individuals develop healthier ways of thinking and coping. CBT can be particularly helpful for addressing self-confidence issues and changing unhelpful thinking patterns. Mindfulness-Based Therapy: This type of therapy, which includes approaches like Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) or Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), focuses on being present in the moment and cultivating self-awareness. Mindfulness can help you manage negative thoughts and emotions, and build self-confidence by promoting self-acceptance and self-compassion. Psychodynamic Therapy: This approach delves into the subconscious to explore how past experiences and emotions might be influencing your current thoughts and behaviors. It can be helpful if you're looking to understand the root causes of your lack of self-confidence and work through deep-seated issues. and many more
Next Steps
Consult a Counselling Psychologist. CBT along with Interpersonal Guidance and Counselling will be helpful

Hi... You need to explain more to help a professional suggest a particular kind of therapeutic intervention/approach to be used. Based on what you have shared, I can suggest you to seek general Guidance & Counselling on your presenting issues. Post few sessions, the therapist/psychologist will suggest which method suits your needs best. Typically, CBT, Supportive Counselling, Motivational Counselling, all work well in cases of — low self-esteem, adjustment issues, Interpersonal issues, etc.
Next Steps
Consult a Psychologist. CBT along Interpersonal Guidance and Counselling is required.
