Low bp problem
2 days before i was sitting on feet for just 2 mins nd felt lightheadness nd fainting like condition on standing up..that was sudden drop bp. difficult to breath for sometime. i had salt intake suddenly bt took much time to be setteled..nw my bp remained approx.95/65nd difficult to sleep at night due to short breath. i was also on dieting.nw i am worried what should i do..what is the exact problem . i moniter my bp on digital machine at home..where heart rate sometimes is shown 60 -70 or 80 approx..i feel heart dumbs on hearings noises..all this due to low bp? doctor suggest me multivitamins nd more salt intake...is it due to lack of nutrients?
