I am taking Vitabend T in morning with breakfast, taking low sodium + low sugar diet (avoiding added salt). My bp drops to 66/110 and pulse gets 105 BPM. Is it normal?

Her BP is absolutely normal heart rate is slightly on the higher side. She has adequate blood pressure control with medication, for her heart rate she needs regular exercise like walking , yoga, meditation And breathing exercises.
