My mi band recorded my low heart rate as 42 in my sleep.Should I be worried?
My heart rate even reaches 190 during exercises. By the way I'm not an athlete but I do exercise once a week. Is this okay?

Hi. For a young individual it is normal to have heart rate as low as 40-45 during sleep. Also heart rate increase during exercise is a normal physiological response.
The more conditioned you are to exercising, the slower this rise will be and it will take longer to reach very high heart rates allowing you to be able to exert more. What we call in common terms as good stamina just like athletes have.
