Low BP and vomiting during pregnancy
Hello Doctor, My wife is pregnant and has completed 3 months recently. She has vomiting almost everyday, if she gets strong smell sensation. She got checked up today, BP is low 90/60 and worried about this. She has been advised to take more liquids to increase blood pressure. Please let me know what else can be done to normalise.

2-3L of water daily Avoid spicy and outside food Consume fruits Continue medication as per your doctor In case of excessive vomiting have dry foods like biscuits, toast to reduce vomiting sensation. Avoid lying down post meals. Wait for at least 15mins. Daily walk for 40-45mins
