Low blood sugar level after levothyroxin
I'm a 28 yr old female. I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism 1.5 yrs back. Initially I was put on 50mcg (for few months) but due to increased TSH, doctor increased my dosage to 75. Few weeks after starting 75, I started getting hypoglycemic symptoms if I dont eat after every 3-4 hrs (especially in evenings). Is it due to levothyroxine?

No. You should find out reason for hypoglycemia. Give blood sample during the episode of hypoglycemic symptoms and get your random sugar and C peptide levels done from that sample.
