Low blood sugar
I checked my blood sugar level before eating it was 67 mg/dl and after an hour later i had 2 bananas and 1 kiwi and 1 glass of milk 1.5 hrs later after eating my meal i checked my blood sugar again...it was 73mg/dl...i have lost 5-7 kgs in 3-4 months without doing anything...and also recently my armpits started sweating a lot that too in winter...and there is a change in my body ordour...also from 2-3 months there my periods sometimes come 2-3 days early or 2-3 days late...is my blood sugar level normal or low...i weigh 50 kgs and my height is 5 feet 5 inches.
