Low Blood Sugar 61.5
Hello Doctors Greetings. My friend is non diabetic. However her blood sugar levels are 61.5, 78, 72, 74 respectively. These are blood sugar fasting. Her pp is 110, 120 and 125 respectively. Random is 104. She always feels dizzy with chest pain n breathlessness. She is not diabetic. Her ecg, 2d echo and tmt are normal. All blood tests lft, kfy, thyroid, ultrasound, lipid, serum tests, CPR all normal. Chest x-ray pa view normal. Her blood sugar is main concern. She stopped eating sweets five months ago as she read online cancer cells feeds on sugar. She got scared and stopped eating any form of sugar. And let me tell you she is not a cancer patient. After she stopped eating sugar with only two meals a day. She is getting all these. Her CBC is normal. HB is 12. Pls advise. What needs to be done? Regards

Since shes non diabetic ask her to resort to a healthy balanced diet. No need of overt restrictions of sugar and no of meals.Ensure regular meal times
