Low Blood Pressure
My BP remains constantly low from some days. It's between 90/60 & 100/60. First BP used to be between 110/70 & 120/80. Symptoms- head sweating, body shaking sometimes, lightheaded feeling, anxiety. Blood Sugar- Average Blood Sugar- 82 RBS (after 2 hours of meal)- 102 Thyroid Normal. (TSH- 2.37)

Low blood pressure is not a disease, Symptoms you have are because of anxiety When low blood pressure due to water loss as in vomiting, diarrhea that needs treatment in form of replacement of fluids which is not applicable in your case
