Low back pain in pregnanc
Iam 2.5 months pregnant. Since 1 month I have low back pain but since last 3 weeks the pain is ubtolerable. Orthopedist and gynec are not giving painkillers as its harmful in pregnancy. Tried paracetamol, mobiz ox, chymoral plus, tolagen gel. But no impact on me. Tolagen gel gives relief for an hour. So Iam using this 10 times a day as the pain is untolerable. Cant stand for more than 10 minutes. Cant sit for more than an hour. Cant lie on stomach as Iam pregnant. Iam having Tens therapy . After having the therapy , the pain is gone for 5 hours but then I cannot have it for lifetime. Also taking fol123 for folic acid since 3 months, started vitamin d3 tablets twice in a week few days b4, but no effect on my body. Taking proper milk and dryfruits in my diet. I try to be positive but it is depressing me a lot. I am helpless. For 1 week I was on bed rest as doctors think, this can improve but no effect on me. Please guide now what should I do. Not able to study for my post grduation .

Hello...... Mild backache during pregnancy is normal and bearable... But you are complaining of severe backache... X ray of spine is required in this condition... Consult orthopedic surgeon and get an x ray to know if there is any other cause for back pain..........
