Low back pain feeling very weaknees and menses stop since one year now diagnost show EARLY FATTY CHANGES OF LIVER AND UTERINE FIBROIDS and diagnost uterus show anteverted and measured:81*33*45mm normal in size. A31*20 mm measured posterior wall intramural fibroid noted mildly indenting the endometrial stripe anteriorly .A 39*25 mm measured exophytic posterior wall fibroid noted in the plane close to cervix endometrial thickness measures 3 mm

If you don't have severe bleeding problems then talk to your Gynaec and take oral medicine for 3-4months to try and shrink the fibroids...If it shrinks well and good
If not then you can contemplate surgery.
