Low b12 from more than a year
I have been facing low b12 and d3 from almost 2yrs since lockdown started that's when I stopped non-veg too. And been facing huge hair fall. I was trying to maintain diet only with vegan food but it didn't worked for me well, last year beginning I did blood test and got to know vitamin d was 7.5 and b12 was 150pg/ml and it's been on same level for 1yr and I started to take non veg food back since 8 months but levels were not coming to normal so decided for pills and with d3 and b12 methylcobalamin, it's been 3 months d3 is normal now but b12 is still low around 160pg. How long it would take b12 to get restore and how can I get quick results?

You may consider injections of b12. However hairfall needs more evaluation and management accordingly than just b12 level.
