Doctor has prescribed me letroze 2.5 twice a day. Is it safe to take letroze with low AMH . Why doctor gave me ecospirin 75 ? In my USG report my AFC is 13 is it okay? Doctor also advised for hycosy should I go for it now or can wait?

Second your Doctor has studied your case and then recommended you something
Not everything you read on Google
You can apply , if that was things have been different.
When you are taking treatment have full faith in the person who is treating you.
Otherwise you wont event get results

The two reports the AMH and AFC do not correlate
A FC count is normal but AMH levels are too low
with low AMH chances of conception with letrozole are poor
