Hello,dont worry there are definitely best treatments available for pimples.... First hormonal evaluation is important in females to treat pimples permanently...treatments include peels,laser along with systemic medications after certain investigation.

suggest you to consult dermatologist and get hormonal evaluation for polycystic ovarian syndrome and to start with systemic retinoids after investigations if you are right candidate to start them.
