Lost weight 5kg in a month
I am suffering since long from Gastritis or Upper GI Tract mild Inflammation. In May did ultrasound was normal In June did Upper GI Endoscopy was normal only shows mild inflammation. CBC was normal But in last month I lost the 5kg weight, As still I am having Gastritis issues like Bloating, Burning and Indigestion... Abdominal mild pain cum ache ...I am very much stressed too due to some personal reasons... Total weight I lost in 6 months around 10kgs. .. as I am 165cm tall with 36 years of age now my weight is 65kgs... As per BMI it's perfect..as I stop chewing pan masala one year ago so may be due to this I am loosing weight... I did my CBC today it's normal again. I am very much worried is it cancer ?

Hi dear U have mentioned that u have done USG and endoscopy as well and nothing was found so do not guess urself and come to conclusion had it been a cancer something should have come in testing. Stress itself causes symptoms of gastritis and also loss of appetite which further can reduce weight . Thyroid and some other disorders also cause weight loss Please consult so we can discuss everything in detail and try to find out the cause and give u appropriate treatment. Take care
