Lost most of my hair

Asked for Male, 21 Years

Hello,about 6 months ago i consulted a dermatologist and she gave me minoxidil,finasteride,biotin and i consumed these medication for a month and i think it worked for a while but now i again i am losing my hair so should i continue these medication and if i have to use thses medication then how long should i use?
