Hello! You are going through a very difficult time and you have been brave to reach out and seek help. As I do not know the actual reason that is causing you these emotions, behaviour and thoughts, I cannot advise what must be done to overcome this .  I do understand it is something very painful. I want to help you. Will you come to me for therapy? Just 4-5 sessions to ease out your pain and then we can think ahead?
Next Steps
Go for counselling specially to someone who is an expert with trauma.
Health Tips
Ask your therapist credentials and certificate. Distract yourself each time you have a disturbing or painful thought by engaging in something active.
