My sweet little nephew suffering from lose motion , vomating n fever from last 3 days.Please suggest any madical prepartion.we cosult with doctor and they prescribed 1- PCM 2- Domperdine suspension IP 3- Albendazole oral suspension IP

Hi Just give Liq. Enterogermina  5ml  twice a day for 2 days Syrp. Ondem  3.5ml if vomiting Sryp. Crocin if fever Maintain hydration
